Welcome to "EchoBall," an exciting top-down 2D dodgeball-inspired game with a twist! Get ready for some fast-paced action as you take on friends or challenging CPU opponents in thrilling matches.

In this game, you'll find yourself in an arena, engaging in intense 2v2 battles or going head-to-head in single-player PvP matches. Your goal is simple: dodge, throw, and outmaneuver your opponents to secure victory. But here's the exciting part!

Whenever the ball hits the walls, echoes reverberate throughout the arena, changing the game's dynamics. These echoes disable the movement of any player they touch, adding a strategic and unpredictable element to the gameplay. You'll need to adapt quickly to the changing environment and make split-second decisions to gain an edge.

"EchoBall" offers different game modes to suit your play style. Challenge your friends or partake in exhilarating 2v2 matches that require teamwork and communication. Alternatively, test your skills in intense one-on-one battles against CPU opponents, honing your strategies and reflexes. Every match is a heart-pounding showdown filled with excitement.

Just a heads up: "EchoBall" is still a work in progress, and the version released for the PJP 2023 jam may have a few known bugs. But no worries! I'm aware of these issues and have plans to address and patch them after the jam. Your feedback and support are immensely appreciated as I strive to improve the game and deliver the best experience possible.
